1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapVector ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description & Data Lifecycle

SnapVector is a temporary image hosting platform. By using this service, you acknowledge that:

  • Temporary Hosting: All images uploaded to the Service are automatically and permanently deleted on the 1st day of the following month.
  • No Recoveries: Once an image is purged, it cannot be recovered.
  • Availability: The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime.

3. User Accounts

  • Registered Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
  • Guest Accounts: Guest accounts are generated with random credentials. If you lose these credentials or clear your browser data, access to the account and its content is lost permanently.
  • Termination: You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. This action immediately destroys all your data and uploads.

4. Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to host any illegal material. The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban:

  • 18+ / Adult Content: Pornography, sexually explicit images, nudity, or any content deemed "Not Safe For Work" (NSFW) is not allowed.
  • Violence & Gore: Real-world depictions of extreme violence, death, or gore.
  • Illegal Content: CSAM, malware, viruses, or any content that violates local or international laws.

Technical Limits: Max 10 MB per file. Allowed formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP.

5. Moderation & Bans

We utilize IP Hashing to enforce bans. If your IP hash is banned due to uploading prohibited content (such as 18+ material), you will be unable to access the service.

6. Liability

SnapVector is not liable for any data loss, including the scheduled deletion of images, or any damages resulting from the use of the Service.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Your Rights: You retain full ownership of the images you upload. By uploading, you grant SnapVector a limited license to store and display the file for the duration of its hosting period.

Copyright Infringement: You must not upload content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.

DMCA / Takedowns: We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, we will remove the infringing material and may ban the uploader.

8. Changes and Enforcement

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service (TOS) and the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to immediately delete your account, your files, and/or ban your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these TOS, including but not limited to the content restrictions in Section 4.
